Glenn is a senior at Cascade High School in Everett – he plays football for the Bruins. Glenn split his session up between an industrial area of Everett and Jennings Park in Marysville. I love working in grungy places!

CJ is a senior at Mariner High School. I met with CJ for senior portraits at Pike Place Market in Seattle. We found quite a few edgy places in and around Post Alley to work. Look at that sky! The weather was perfect!

I have known Kendall and her family for quite a few years. Kendall is a high school senior at Archbishop Murphy High School and decided to get an early jump on her senior portraits. Kendall’s beautiful smile and wonderful personality made it easy for me to capture tons of great pictures! Kendall attends Archbishop Murphy High School and works as a life guard.

I met with Chelsea and her mom at Jennings Memorial Park for senior portraits. The garden is bursting with color this time of year! Chelsea plays softball (3rd base) and is on the Honor Society. She love ice cream and eating at Dick’s Drive-In (who doesn’t like eating at Dicks!). Chelsea plans to major in Spanish and Business when she graduates.

I had so much fun photographing Taylor at the Rose Hill Community Center! The community center is a brand new facility in Mukilteo, near the ferry docks with tons of beautiful architecture and a stunning view of the water. Doesn’t Taylor look amazing! Her sweet smile and lovely spirit made it a cinch for me to capture piles of gorgeous pictures. Taylor is a 2012 senior at Kamiak High School and sings in a nine-girl Barbershop Group.

What an amazing year it’s been! I had so much fun photographing the class of 2011. I met football and basketball players, a baseball catcher, an avid reader, a logger, a dude with a cool truck, an artist, a drummer, a guitar player, a photographer (who loves Canon!), another dude with a cool car, an aspiring business executive, a tennis player, a princess, a boater, a 6-foot 11-inch athlete, a ballerina, best friends, a sweet girl who plays the oboe and so many more. Thank you so much for allowing me to participate in your senior year! You guys and gals are amazing!

What immediately strikes you when you meet Aaron is his height. Aaron is 6 feet 11 inches tall! He just graduated from Marysville Pilchuck High School (MPHS) as a 2011 high school senior. Aaron played basketball until recently when he started having problems with his knees. He also performed the high jump and discus throw for the track and field team. Aaron’s athletic abilities has won him a partial scholarship to attend Washington State University! When he’s not playing sports, Aaron loves to paintball and ski. This guy is busy!

Kelsey will be working with us as a senior rep this upcoming year at Granite Falls High School. She has been a cheerleader during the last three years and the ASB Treasurer for the last two years. Along with that, Kelsey is a member of the National Honor Society! If that weren’t enough, Kelsey is also involved in the Hero’s Club. The Hero’s Club is an organization that spends time with kids with special needs and works to help them feel welcome.

I met Zach and his dad in Marysville for a senior portrait session at Jennings Park (a fantastic location!). Zach is a senior at Marysville Pilchuck High School and the captain of the football team. When he’s not playing football, Zach enjoys riding dirt bikes. Zach’s easy-going personality really shows through in the pics!

Nick is the real deal. He’s a pickup-driving, hard-working farmhand who also loves logging. I met Nick at a fish ladder nestled in the middle of the woods near Granite Falls, Washington. Nick loves the woods and wanted his senior pictures to express that. We setup near an already fallen tree and captured dozens of wonderful portraits. After Nick put the chainsaw away, he dressed up for a handful of casual portraits. I just love the authenticity of the images!
